By the end of the course you’ll:

• Know all about quilting terms and supplies.
• Understand which fabric and thread to pick for which project and how to match fabrics and colors together to create a cohesive block design.
• Figure out which fabric preparation and supplies are truly worth your time and money.
• Create 12 traditional quilting blocks that can join together to create a “sampler” quilt; these blocks can blend all together or be used individually when you design your own quilts!
• Know all the tips and tricks to cut fabric precisely.
• Understand how to lay out your quilt blocks to create a balanced quilt design.
• Learn how to create a “quilt sandwich” and baste your layers together.
• Figure out which quilting design works best for you as a beginner on a domestic machine.
• Know how to make your own binding and finish your quilt.
• Have a completed child size quilt that you can gift to a loved one or keep for yourself!
